Cellphone contract

.on Wednesday the 11th feb 2015 I went to cell c at cresta to take out a cellular contract, I immediately qualified but were advised by Rea that they had no stock and will receive the stock on the Friday 13th feb and either way if they receive or not receive stock she will phone me. as I heard nothing I phoned on Monday and were advised by a not very helpful rea that she worked at another branch on the Friday and thus did not phone me back. I asked about the stock and were advised that they have not received stock and I will have to wait for Friday 20th feb.and they might get stock but she cant be certain. I then immediately phoned the head office and were promised that they will look into this matter and will phone me back before the close of business yesterday. ( I believe the calls are recorded so they can trace the call). today I phoned the store at cresta again and the assistant manager promised to phone me back which she did not do. I again phoned the head office today (17th) and spoke to mandla who yet again promised to phone around for stock and that he will phone me back regardless if he found stock or not,. again no call. this is poor service the worst actually/
