Cellphone Claim - cell c Surance

<p>My name is Phillip id ********** 677084,on the 08th of Nov 2016 I lost my phone,reported it and had it blacklisted and since its insured with Finrite phoned them and i was advised to complete my claim on their website which i did and strangely so when i called again i was told by Beverley to complete a claim form of c-surance,id,affidavit,itc,case number and all that was send to ********** between the 09 Nov 2016 to date.When i called again on the 14 Nov 2016 spoke to Thembani and confirmed that they only received my ID and he said I should send again of which i have and he said it takes 15min for them to receive my email,i can only hope that they receive or go through the torture of holding for more than 30minutes on the line.I pay my subs every month without fail but the treatment and service i receive from Cell C Surance and Finrite is poor and i suppose thats why Thembani confidently said i should escalate to ********** <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Phillip ********** </p>
