Cellphone can't be given in for repairs the 3rd ti

I was called and sent an e-mail by the post paid agent(Maropeng Motana) who advised me that my device cant be replaced it should go back to repairs again for a 3rd time so I went to the Southgate Branch twice to hand in the phone for repairs they wouldnt accept the phone so on two occasions I was advised they havn't received the e-mail confirming they should send the cellphone for repairs. I no longer want the phone or deal with Cell C ever again and I have 3 contracts with Cell C one is due for upgrade I no longer want it please do cancel the contract. Your service is pathetic and honestly you have no respect for peoples time or money cause I pay for a service but what do I get a cell phone that goes for repairs over and over cause it was messed up from the word go.
