Cellphone barring
Cell c is being so unfair I paid off my account with them 2 months back and till date my cellphone is barred. I call in day in and out but no one helps me. I’ve went to one of their branches and still nothing . Im so disappointed and annoyed with them. All I require is my phone to be unbarred coz I paid off theR3000 that they wanted and now they doing this I’ll never recommend them to anyone

20 Apr 2021, 14:06so once again you guys are still being ******** towards my complaint???? how many times do i have to make contact with yall just to get assistance, i literally paid off the phone so what is the problem now. This issue is going on to the third month with no assistance. Whenever i ask for a manager yall lie and say theres none. So who am i supposed to ****ing go to is there anyone in a higher position who can actually assist me coz quite frankly and im so ****ing damn tired of this ive been patient enough to wait for 2 and half months for yall to sort it out but still nothing. If you have guys do not sort this out in the next 2 days youll be forcing me to take a different route over an issue that could have been easily sorted out.
