I really dont think they should be getting even one star, these people are ****** who are using us to get monies into thier pockets, i took a policy with getmore but cancelled shortly after ive seen reviews on hellopeter, I was shocked when i received a call from a lady named Penny Choolo who works for the Getmore company and she stated why am i not using my benefits whereas i had cancelled the policy a long time ago. It didnt appear in their system that i had cancelled the policy so i was convinced to use the benefits since i had been paying for them this whole time. But when i send emails or contact this person i am always being told that she is on leave, I strongly believe that they are a ***** company and it saddens me that even CellC is not able to help. I have went to thier branch and gave me a number that does not even lead me to the Getmore company. I regret buying a phone from CellC, I even have a contract phone with Vodacom but i have never expirenced such with them.
