CELLC's UNBEARABLE SERVICE

I had a data contract with Cell C, some ******** from PE used my details to take cellphones then I reported to them immediately got notice from email, may you please help me, please read one of my emails I sent to cellc service provider, they didn't attend me but , they charge the amount that we not agreed.

I send many emails and phone them no respond, but they deducted my money from my account every month, I'm no longer used their number, they block my number since October

Dear Cell C Service Provider Team

I'm Mrs Sinokubekezela P Ndlovu, my cell number ***

According to your records in my account I'm very disappointed about your service , I didn't made contract with you, only account I know, it's for Data of R148.99 every month.

I sent you my declaration of I'm staying in Cape Town where the ******** made it, but you take my concern for granted , I've been for Cell C customer for many years and convinced my family and friends to be Cell C customer even my organization I lead but CELL C FAILED ME.

My decision, I'm no longer your client anymore, MY reason are :

1. I DRIVED TO YOUR SHOP SEVERAL TIMES WITH MY PETROL

2. I MADE CALLS WITH MY MONEY

3. CELL C STOP ORDER TOOK MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT

4. WHEN I DISPUTE THE BANK CHARGED ME

5. YOU DEDUCTED MY MONEY R2694.27 FULL OF CONVENIENCE YOU PUT ME THROUGH

NO NO NO CELL C FAILED ME, I DON'T LIKE TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER AGAIN, SWITCH OFF YOUR CONTRACT
