Cellc's Terrible Service!!!
Service from Cellc is terrible, I've paid up my accounts as it was in arrears in September 2023, According to the customer care service my accounts are in a zero balance but they have just handed me over to DMC on the 31st of December, I have sent countless emails to Customer service to resolve this but still haven't received any feedback from anyone. This has been affecting my credit score ever since.

15 Mar 2024, 11:58Good day, This account is still not closed, DMC has been sending me notifications for a debit order. I have already sent my paid up letters to DMC but they mentioned that they are waiting for Cell C to approve the Paid up letters first, this is very frustrating as my credit score keeps dropping. I NEED THIS SORTED PLEASE!!!!!!.
