Cellc's new bullying tactic

CellC reached a new bully tactic where your sim card gets deactivated permanently. My sim got deactivated last night and being tossed left and right trying to sort it out. I am not sitting in a que to sort this out. The account is not in arrears anymore and still being losing my number. my bank account, business contacts and lots of other important contacts use my number. please sort this out.
