Cellc’s *******ion matters

I have been waiting fir more than a month now for this company to cancel my contract and still nothing has happened. Then when I call in to confirm the cancellation they tell me that I called in to upgrade the sim, which is so ******* because i have been complaining about the bad service, so why would I upgrade the contract???? Then when I call in to say this is ***** they just send me to the cancellation department. Then they still deduct money from my account. *******ion in this country is the only service still running 100% and Cellc is part of that.

I have not. I received an sms stating that my contract has been renewed, that is when i called in and asked, and they said that i called in and upgraded my sim. I was then transferred to the ***** department to report that i have not made this call. Then they escalated the matter to get the contract renewal reversed (that was more than a month ago) but I still haven’t heard anything
