I have begged for feed back regarding my out of the box fault phone. Blance promised I would have it in 7 working days. That was yesterday. I asked on the hellopeter site again of Friday for feedback you rep**** saying she would call. No response. I tried then on facebook. They called me saying that I will get a replacement phone. I tried to find out when... And I get a call with a recording playing asking me to rate the service... So what is going on now?
