CellC you ***** money

I am so angry at cell c. I want my contract *** cancelled and I’m taking cell c to the ombudsman under the Consumer Protection Act for charging me for something that I don’t use, since march cell c has been taking money from my account for Data that I can’t use, they sent me a faulty Data sim card and now it’s a mission for me to get it cancelled and refunded. 7 Months of calling none stop being taken from pillar to post. Managers and team leaders don't don't take ownership. Unprofessional
