CELLC - Worst service provider I've ever dealt with

Absolutely fed up with the pathetic service levels from cell c. Still waiting for paid up letter since 28.08.2019 Called them , they just give me a legal dept number whose line is continuously busy.

An agent called me on the 11 of sept saying that a paid up letter will be sent within 48 hours.

Still nothing recieved
Guess as many bad reviews, the service levels won't improve.
