Cellc worst service ever

I had an account with Cellc years ago and somehow its still reflecting on my credit report. I have been in contact with them since the 8th of September and have to call 084135 everyday and all i get is empty promises of them getting back to me. Its so frustrating cause its blocking me from doing what i need to do. On the 12th i was told that they are going to send me a paid up letter today is th 22nd and i am still waiting bearing in mind that i phone in every day and they sing the same tune that they are busy with it and will forward me the letter with in 2 working days. I am at my whitsend even went into the store and there i was advised that they cant help me and referred me once again to 084135. The reason why i closed my account was because of **** service like this and even after all these years you have proven to me that nothing has changed. Please contact me i have a reference number as well my life depends on it. Alicia Marthinus
