CELLC - WORST NETWORK PROVIDER AS A WHOLE

Good day,

I can relate to this, only i have used the correct account details but my reference was incorrect. I have been battling to get the help i need with this since last year. I have even been to the Cellc branch and they did not even bother to look at my statements. i have now been handed over for debt collection which i have agreed to make payment as my credit score has now been affected. This was like a week ago, today i recieve communication from another debt collection company requesting the full amount in 48 hours. My contract was ending in April this year and now i have to pay the same phone at 2 different companies and the second company is asking for a higher amount. I have lost count of how many times Cellc has asked me to email through P.O.P's and statements to do a payment allocation and after sending it, it just ends there until I call again. This has been soo frustrating and stressful as monies are just being demanded but no service or help is being provided.
