CellC worst ***** assistance

I had someone open a ********** account with CellC using my details. i was made aware and submitted all my documents for the case. I had to run after them for the outcome of the investigation and I was told they found out it’s not my account and they will clear my name. 2 months later still nothing and they still appear in my credit report. Everytime I call looking for a clearance letter to do it myself I get transferred to a department that never answers, was listening to the music for more than 30min
