CellC worst company ever!

CellC, I’m trying to cancel my contract with CellC. I recently moved and haven’t used the data package for months. The contract is past any contract term and is eligible for cancellation.

I first requested cancellation via email. An automatic reply said an agent would contact me with in 48hours, 5 days later an agent called took all my details but when transferring me to the Cancellation department the call cut.

I’ve now been trying for two days to get through to cancellations and every time I get cut off when being put through to the cancellation department, it’s almost as if they deliberately cancel the call.

Subsequent email have also not helped.

The worst company to deal with, I would warn anyone wanting to think about taking a contract with CellC, DON’T the are absolutely Pathetic!
