Cellc will only learn if I go to East Coast and complain

Every month literally every month cellc has tried to **** me every month...last month I got a bill saying I owe them nothing middle of the month they say no I need to pay R130 or they will go to their lawyers! I sent an email with the bill and they didn't apologise they kept quiet this month I get a pill saying I owe 2.5k ??? My 10/5 WiFi is only R730 a month so how tell me how you got to 2.5k??? Cellc is honestly trash HOW MANY TIMES AM I GONNA HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOU GUYS ******** ME?! ITS GONNA BE A LONG 2YEARS IF I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH YOU PEOPLE EVERY MONTH
