CellC Wifi calling false advertising

Wifi calling is the biggest load of nonsense - false advertising - I have seen in a long time. Different CellC consultants could not explain the false advertising. It says no additional costs, yet the terms and conditions says different . Doesn't matter if you have free WiFi at home, you still get charged to make a calls via your cellphone. This is not mentioned anywhere in adverts and CellC consultants themselves keep searching for answers to explain the terms and conditions. Two cobsultants had to eat their words because they could not explain the additional costs charged.

Fact remains, the advert says no additional charges to your normal bill in bold. CellC have not been convincing enough to clarify why one has to purchase Wifi calling bundles at R199 per month additional to your normal cellphone bill to use the service. This when Wifi is paid seperately as well. The advert and the T&C are contradicting. In my books this remains false advertising and I will warn as many people as possible about it including @Hellopetercom and @Carteblanchetv, etc.
