cellc what a circus and joke

I recently purchase a laptop from Cellc and after a week phoning various institutions to find out where is the location of the laptop I discovered it was never shipped and Cellc never instructed the courier to collect and deliver. Another week passed and I phone then again and only then after an argument with them the shipped it via a courier to me. When I received the laptop I discovered that it is not functioning and was broken. I contact cellc to find out where the laptop is as it was collected from me by the courier and was returned for repairs. After two days I made a number of calls to find out where the laptop is but could not trace it. The address given to me where it was delivered to by RAM I could also not find either. Cellc was reluctant to assist me in this regard This laptop disappeared was never found until today no one knows what has happed to it

I contacted cellc who advised me to cancel the contract return it which I did. Then I got a surprise last night as Cellc served them the right not only to initiate a debit order against my account on the 15th which was not the agreement as the date was scheduled for the 25th. A further surprise is that Cellc initiated another debit order for the 25th as well which they included into my other account. When contacting Cell c I was told they have the right to change a debit order date when it suits them. What a circus I will never make use of Cell c again and have advise other people to refrain from using Cellc
