CellC weakest service of all time

Cellc keeps cutting off my contract cellphone. They keep telling us we have an outstanding balance. On the 1st June we phoned and was told there was R380 still outstanding. This was paid immediately and the cellphone lines were turned on again. A few days later kept getting calls saying the account was in arrears by R179. The proof of payment has been emailed to them 3 times already. but the lines keep getting cut off. It's now the 13th June and seems like they just refuse to accredit my payment to my account? Ridiculous!!

So I received a call tonight to clarify the matter. I was told by the CellC employee that the email address: proofofpayments@cellc does not work anymore? How can this be possible if this is the address they keep giving? How can my payment paid on the 1st May show but payments on the 25 May and 1st June not show and "dussapear" even though it was paid from the same account to the same account with the same reference number. They are *****ing my money and their attempt to follow up on my query was poor!
