He tried selling a contract to me this morning /afternoon. I was so busy at work but he kept on calling me and sending WhatsApp messages. I eventually decided I don't want the contract after it was processed. So then I message Shakeel and advise him that I'm no longer interested, due to me already having 2 contracts with Cellc so I'll rather not. So then this guy tells me he can't cancel because his job is on the line 😂 mind you he's been promising me **** if you take this I'll add a watch as a free gift, if you take 2 phones I'll give you a speaker and the list goes on! Then I start being firm because he's basically forcing me to take this contract after I'm telling him I don't want it and he says "but I was gonna send you all the free gifts and I was gonna buy it" Dude?! Like really sales agents are doing things like these just for sales?? He ended up telling me to phone the 084135 number which I did just for them to tell me it was put through as a in store contract so they can't cancel 🙃 I was NEVER in store! I NEVER go in store for any of my contracts with them so please tell me why it was logged as IN STORE when I was at work until 4🤔. He ended up not taking any of my calls and gave me the managers number and said call him, no name added nothing! A customer for 6 years or more getting suck *** service for the first time ever! Wow Shakeel you've made me change my whole perception about "YOUR company".

I've shown respect towards you just because it's the month of Ramadan and you told me you're fasting, and I respect that but after the attitude and forcing me to take **** I didn't want just made me lose it all.
