CELLC - WAKE UP!
I paid my FINAL R70 to CellC on 7 January. On the SAME day, Thabisile acknowledged receipt of my Proof of Payment and was going to send it to their FINANCE DEPT. I have received various emails from different departments advising that they cannot allocate my payment due to NOT having received it!!! I have, subsequently, sent FOUR payment notifications to THREE different email addresses. Each time they respond, I get a different Case number?? After 20 years, I cancelled my contract with them - a bunch of *********** and useless people!! JUST ALLOCATE MY PAYMENT!!!
