I'm absolutely disgusting with Cellc V&A Waterfront. You guys thinK customers are stupid. Rules do apply to you. Don't lie to customers bavcad make it out that you are doing us a favour! Avoid this place at all cost. Cellc these guys are going to cost you customers.

15 Jun 2022, 09:59I am due for an upgrade and have my heart set on the A735g and a watch. I went to cellc V&A, when I got there I was told there is no stock of the A73 or watches, the consultants told me they did not know when stock would arrive. I then took the s21, not my first choice, but not knowing when stock would arrive I thought I had no choice. I was then contacted by cellc fourways, to let me know i was due for an upgrade, they advised they had stock of what I wanted and could send it to me as I am in Cape Town at the moment. Knowing this and Tha I had 7 days to return the device I contacted Cellc direct, who assisted and arranged collection, but said it would take 3 to 14 days to collect. Thinking I'd speed up the process, I took it back to Cellc V&A. When I got there I was welcomed rudely by the consultant who said they do not Take devices back and that I am not allowed to change my mind. I told them I had spoken to cellc and they I can. Then I was told he would need to speak to his manager but they don't take devices back and I can't leave the device there.

15 Jun 2022, 20:28Can you give me an indication of when the device will be collected. I did the upgrade through cellc V&A. I called cellc direct to ask how I should go about it and they advised they would collect the device and bring me a new one of my choice.
