CellC useless with sim swop
<p>I have been trying to get my sim.swop done for a month now.Latest was that I would be contacted in 24 to 48hours .Its now been 72 hours and have not heard from them.I have called them and was told to create a self service pin which would enable me to do a sim swap through voice prompts.That has now failed as well because I am not calling using the DAMAGED sim card which is the reason for this process in the first place.</p>
