CELLC USELESS SERVICE and CONNECTIVITY!!!!!

I have a mobile wifi with cellc. I moved from vodacom because their connectivity and service is useless~! Up until today I have had no problems with Cellc . Now in their infinite wisdom they decide to migrate me to VODACOM!!! I am now unable to work - I get paid by the hour - and I am told to "just wait" 24 to 48 hrs so it can be "escalated"!!!!! WAKE UP CELLC!!! I have to work, attend meetings etc etc - I do not have time to wait for you to resolve your issues surrounding connectivity!!!!!!!! I need you to sort this out NOW!!!
