CellC useless during load shedding

For the past week I have travelled from EL to CT and back to JHB and experienced Load Shedding. During loadshedding I have had ZERO service with CellC. Fortunately on 2 ocassions I have been with people that have VODACOM / MTN (other network providers) so that I could still make a call out. Why is this not been possible with Cell C? As a single woman getting stuck on the side of the road, during load shedding my ONLY LIFELINE is my phone and network provider in situations like this! At least in darkness I should still be able to make an emergency call. If CellC cannot supply a service during load shedding which is apparently going to get even worse, I would like to change my service provider and will urge the rest of South Africa to do the same! Loadshedding creates a security issue and I need to be able to make a call! Besides this, other business owners continue to do business during loadshedding thanks to connectivty. I have not been able to conduct business for 4 hours today. Absolutely shocking!!! I will go to another service provider if this problem is not rectified and I will have a huge issue if you try tie me to the balance of this contract which is not serving me.
