Cellc Upgrade Department is extremel rude (084145)

I phoned CellC to ask if I'm due for an upgrade. I also wanted them to explain to me how it works and all that.<br> 1st Phone Call:<br> It was a lady, from her first words she was rude. She got irritated with me when I asked to explain the upgrade. I then asked her to transfer me to someone who is more friendly. She put the phone down in my ear!<br> 2nd Phone Call:<br> I spoke to a guy. Asked him if there is a way for me to find out who I just spoke to 5min ago. He said no sorry there is no way as I phoned from a landline. From this he was being rude as well.<br> I asked him to explain me the upgrade process he's exacts words was \ I don't see why you need any clarification on this"<br> And then I said to him goodbye and that I will report this.<br> Dear Cellc"
