Cellc Upgrade cheating!!!

<p>I am so so disappointed in the cellc service provider. So its time for my upgrade on both my lines which I havent defaulted in as they say in your contract- they have been bugging me to come and upgrade and now that I really need to they say that I owe them R1659 well thats one of the 3 amounts I was given first one store told me I owe them this amount then he Westgate mall store said I dont owe a cent I then phoned the call centre who said I owe. Them R1065 and today the same call centre also says I owe R1659 on a line which I was under the impression had been closed 3 years ago when these 2 new lines were opened. I also must say that even so. I have never ever been contacted about this "outstanding amount" which makes it ******* for them to question me about now dont you think? I mean why would you be phoning me to upgrade if I owed you money? Keep in mind both of my new lines are open lines which means it would be disconnected the moment you skip a payment!</p> <p>I think the miscommunication is totally and completely unacceptable, why should I pay if your staff were too *********** to close and advise me of the correct processes?</p>
