Cellc Updgrade - Failed

<p>So at teh current moment my cell phone contract is due for an upgrade.</p> <p>I have been visiting the Phoenix Plaza branch almost everyday and I have been calling numerously times onlty to be told I have ordered it and we should be getting it soon. </p> <p>It is almost nearly month end and I still have not been called to say my phone has been received.</p> <p>Why advertise if you dont have stock?</p> <p>Upon calling head office to upgrade and find out if they have stock, they want to sell me a phone that has already been used? Wpuld that reduce my payment? No! and if it breaks then what?</p> <p>I am really fed up of wasting my petrol and my airtime on finding out when CELLC PLANS ON HAVING STOCK OF PHONES </p>
