13 Aug 2024, 19:09We have done a upgrade online on receiving the device we noticed a white line across the screen then next day we made contact with cellc and made arrangements with cellc to return the device they now say we dameged the device and we must pay for the repair and we did not even use the device. I have tried to speak to a manager for the past two day and no one get back to me.i would like to cancel the online upgrade and do the upgrade in store
