CELLC Unhelpful

<p>in november 2015 i terminated my contract with CellC as i was not going to upgrade my contract with CellC. I contacted the CellC customer care Center to Cancel, The cellc Agent told me that it was cancelled.but to my surprise cell c kept debiting my account .in april this year i contacted cell c and i was given a settlement amount of 209.99 rands only to get another phone call two weeks after i have paid that i still owe them another 180 rands .as a frustrated customer i ask myself what business is cell in ,as i think they are really a bunch of humans with no direction and they are out there to con unsuspecting poorlike me ,they are con artists .believe they have messed up life.and for the record they must hire well informed personel,as their call centre agents are rude ,arrogant and stupid. all this happend on the 28th of april 2016 and the settlement amount was deposited that very same day ,i was also given a ref no *** but it seems like it also doesnt exist cause they can not pick that recording of the conversation i had with them .so SOUTH AFRICA WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT COMPANIES LIKE CELL C</p>
