CellC unacceptable behaviour with *********** employees

I've received an sms sometime in February 2019 from NuDet regarding an a CellC account that was ipened on my name. I've called NuDebt and told them I donthave a CellC account, I phoned CellC and my matter was placed to the "escalation" department. Ive been dealing with that department, as I need the Copy of ID, copy of contract, proof of residence, and the store where the account was opened. For the whole month of March and April I didnt get any feeback, yet I kept on sending emails to the lady in that department. When I called they will tell me that the lady is on leave and it nornally takes about months to get documents from a third party. Today (14 May 2019) I managed to get hold of the lady, now she tells me that CellC was on strike the whole of April till yesterday 13-05-2019. Now according to CellC policy, documents are not provided to clients unless is via a police officer.

It is very dissapointing that such a big Company will have excuses like this. I'm not even provided with any feedback what so ever, everytime I have to be the one calling. Worse part is that today I received an sms from SSDA saying my CellC account has been handed over to them.

Im so furious as this is messing up my credit score. Such incompetency is unacceptable especially from big companies like CellC.
