Cellc umhlangha ****s

Over a month ago and contract was taking out using my credentials on my account in cellc umhlangha I went to the store spoke to the store manager she informed me it will be sorted out its over a month now how is there lack of security verification so bad clearly the person who used my ID was never me the store as surveillance im sure its a simple open closed case why am I being beaten around the bush

Thank u for the reply I am just waiting for this week to end I have already made an appointment with a family lawyer because the amount of calls and fuel I have wasted and when asked the lady for a case number she says she cannot give me a case number as it is an internal investigation
