CellC Tzaneen _ Staff member high on Cocaine while on Duty

<p>This Incident occured at Cell C Tzaneen , my grand mother has nominated me to control her Cell C account as i advise her on what lines to take or what types of handsets to use, bare in mins my grandmother has been with CellC for just about 10 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>So two weeks ago I went into Tzaneen town, I live in letaba about 30 minutes out of town, when i arrived in town i picked up my grandmothers ID and proceeded to Cell C the staff are famil**** with my grandmothers arrangemnt of me being in contol of her profile however the two regular taff members were not there, upon my arrival I found Calvin there, who refused to assist me with activating my contract regardless of the fact that i had my grandmothers ID and he could have phoned for confirmation instead he accused me of trying to ***** my grandmother stating my grandmother must phone Cell C and Add my ID number to her profile which to our knowledge had already been done a year ago, however i left the store and returned back to my Grandmothers and explained what had transpired, she then phoned Cell C and added my ID Number to her profile again after which i then emailed the store her consent form & her ID with which contract we wanted and all the details to which Calvin then Responded "there is no confirmation letter attached" so my grandmother had to write a letter and send a courier with the letter to letaba which i then emailed Calvin i then went into town after work and had Leonard assist with the contract activation, in addition to this there are many people complaining that this consultant Calvin is high at work promising them things that cannot materialize as her did with magestrate moosa's wife & he also ****med the Oberhozers when he was at MTN Lifestyle Tzaneen neumerouse client and people have seen this man with a white ring on his nostrils and whitness him laughing uncontrollablely however CellC refuses to act on that!when i told him my grandmother would like his manager to contact her he actually stated, " im well </p> <p>Acquainted with Shawn Coezee so tell your Grandmother she can try her luck, itll be like water off a ducks back"</p> <p>Attached to my complaint is a letter whereny my grandmother actually requests their manager or heigher authority contact her and its 2 days later and nobody has been in contact with her..</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyone else experincing the same kind of negluigence from Calvin Engelbracht ? MTN & Cell C Mediocre Cocaine Rampage #MUSTFALL!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
