CellC - Trying to be sneaky

I signed up for Fixed LTE a while back, when I initially received the sim it was fast and I didn't have enough data for my browsing and usage needs, so naturally I upgraded to the 200gb package. As I do this I notice that as of the first of March I cannot exceed 4mbps, while speedtest shows great results, when tested directly to a server I manage on a gigabit internet connection I receive nothing more than 4mbps. Why try to fool your customers into thinking they have 60mbps speeds when you cannot offer even 3? Why allow resellers to sell your products if you don't have the capacity for it. Either give me decent speeds or I'm cancelling all my and my clients cell c products and replacing them with vodacom. And don't say the problem is with axxess or with my server, I receive this result on fast.com and can confirm with multiple people that it is a cellc issue.

Please contact me at acceptable times, like for example maybe send me an email before trying to call me while I'm in a meeting? Regardless, a telephone conversation doesn't miraculously bring my speed back, give your customers the service you charge them for, giving resellers authority to market your network as "75mbps + " and not even giving us 4mbps or above at a time is pure trash. You cannot realistically try to point out to me that you do this in the best interest of your customers because you guys know that you're being sneaky. When I open the speedtest applet on my pc I can see I hit up to 70mbps and all my traffic reflects that for a few seconds after the test ends, thereafter back to a maximum of 4mbps. My tower is NOT congested, so you can't use that excuse either. Stop throttling your Fixed LTE users, if you can't offer the service as a Fiber alternative DONT MARKET IT AS ONE.
