CellC the worst in customer service!!!

<p>My husband upgraded my contract in July 2015. He did the upgrade over the phone. The debits start going off at end September 2015. The problem started where they debit more money then what they told my husband over the phone. It has been almost a year and we still struggling for someone to sort this issue out!!! We are so fedup!! We call them almost every month since it started last year but every time they just say "We waiting for the recording" OMW!!! Seriously!!! Two weeks ago we called again and the lady said she will make sure someone contact us the Monday and until today we heard Nothing!!! All we want to do now is pay up the outstanding amount on contract and Never do business with CellC ever again. We never ever experienced such bad service and CellC has lost a good customer of 10years. Thank you!!! </p>
