Cellc, The worst

<p>I've been trying to call cellc for the past 3 weeks regarding my account and all I end up doing is holding for 30 minutes. Until one of their agents call me yesterday and tell me that my account is being handed over for non payment. I then explain to the lady that I borrowed money from a friend to pay since I'm no longer employed and she sent it via ewallet and now I can't access it since my calls are barred. She tells me to call the number I've been calling for the past 3 weeks to log a query. I've been calling since yesterday still hold until I hang up. I am willing to pay but I won't be able to if I can't access the money.</p>
