cellc terrible service

I am very disappionted by the service cell c has provided me with, i got ****** in march logged a claim on their website they couldn't view my documents took them inside their branch,paid excess 2 months later i am still without a cellphone ,i was told last week Tuesday it will be delivered within 7 days .i called today and was told the device was not ordered i must wait another 7 days ,logged a complaint responded to say my account is arrears yet they debit my account every month.the data and airtime i pay for every month that i don't even get to use i am so frustrated :(
