Cellc taking me for a very uncomfortable ride!
I just received an email from CSS saying I owe cell C. I have one account with cell and it's debited monthly. I called them, to my surprise this is year old debt which I had settled with their previous lawyers called HAmond Poole attorneys HPA. Question is why is that still popping out when I have paid and sent proof of payment for the amount paid? I'm so disappointed at cell C, this is not how you treat your clients! At least do proper checks before you can just send customer info to these hyna collectors.

10 Apr 2024, 14:36After talking to your agent, she promised to get back to me after she get hold of accounts, may I say that last year it was the same thing after my initial payments that the agent said she will come back to me after contacting the department and never got back to me. I am still waiting, and on Sat I have been receiving smses from cellc asking me if I was happy with the resolution, fact is I did not know if there was a resolution let alone what it says. I'm still waiting even now while CSS is terrorizing me with emails, calls and smses.

I can wait for my current contract to end, infact just tell me how I can get out of it so we get it over and done with!
