Cellc sucks

Hi, my wife had been with cell c for 6 years, without any problem. The stress begin now due to covid 19. Theit company is non essential so they had to stay at home. She couldnt make payment and contact them. They demand proof and she supply them, inclusive with the letter from her employer stating they closed. Thwy also wanted a payslip now how do you give that if youre company is closed and you didn't work. They lock our cell numbers, and advise that they also give it to the credit buro. After a lot of calls during the months, and emails the situation is not resolved. I must add that a lot of their staff is *********** and you can never spwak to a manager or supervisor, their system sucks
