Cellc sucks

If I could give them zero stars I would. Its like nobody at cellc knows how to help me. I went in to store several time, they keep on showing me away. I keep on contacting their call center , they tell me they cant help me, i need to email the legal department. I have emailed them over 10 times with no response. When it comes to actually working together with you and helping you get an issue resolved, they straight out suck. Who do I go to , what do I do? I've been in arrears due to some difficulties ive had, I was finally catching up with them ,paying R1000 per month to their debt collections agency ,NuDebt, which I was not even notified of.. I was left with paying less than a R1000 and I would have been on track when they decided to default my account. Plus they have been charging me for insurance and it was cancelled before I even went in arrears, when I called their insurance department to find out why I have been charged for insurance, they told me it might have not been "completely cancelled" what does that even mean? can I be dead , but not 'completely dead' , I don't think so. I have also been charged for whatsapp bundles that I have not used. in August they told me i owe them over R13 000 ,it has been updated to over R9000 ,meaning that my account is looked at, why am I not being contacted? Why am i not being communicated with. I want to start paying them, but i don't even know where to pay, I also want to know why they are claiming so much from me,but NOBODY can tell me. straight out suck!
