Cellc sucks

I complained few months ago, and my query has still not resolved. My credit score is still down and I cannot obtain loan,c/card due to them putting my account as missed payments for 2021, and they created this mess by not getting my correct bank details in 2019 when I app**** for the contract, and when I queried with them the first time why are you not debiting my account I only received an automated response, another month passed still they debiting my account sent email nothing. 2020 passed not even a single call from them about my account until this year when I complained about them on hellopeter they attempted to resolve it but is stil not resolved.
