Cellc sucks
I would like to say to cellc at the bridge that your service is really ,REALLY bad . Lte connection is poor , cell service poor . I took out a lte contract with cellc the bridge , the sales person promised me great speed and connection and now i realize that it was all lies . I went back to cellc to complain, filled in a number of forms to have the connection checked and nobody seems to sort it out . The router has been returned to cellc and now i have to pay a bill for something that i can not use . Between the sales persons and the manager, the keep on telling me different stories as to why it can't be resolved.

03 Mar 2019, 15:14Still no solution from cell c . I have no device and no data and cellc just take there money every month. On Thursday ( 28/ 02/2019 i was told that they have internal problems, so that is my fault . Friday a consultant came to see me without finding a solution. What now cellc ? The salesman said i can cancell my contract, the call centre say i can't. Will u be sitting with a 2 year contract where i get bad service ? Can we associate cellc with Eskom now ? I think so . I am making payments and get nothing . Absolutely nothing
