Cellc sucks

Ones again exceptionally dissapointed in cell c and csurance, its almost a year now and we still have difficulties getting the handset, payment has been made to them every month without fail were as we dont have the handset, excess fee has also been paid as per theyre request an email from them indicating that theyve recieved our payment and asked us wer we would like the device to be delived as we went to the nearest cell c store we were told that there is no handset for us. Weve called in this morning to csurance and was told by two consultants that they are unable to assist us made us hold on so long, and then hung up the call on us which is very unprofessional, they telling us of an outstanding amount of two months, but what about all the other months of them receiving theyre payments without us having the handset still waiting for the claim to be paid which is now more then 7 months. This has ones again been going to and fro and indicating to us that they refusing to pay out the claim., [very frustrating] .
