Cellc Store Musgrave

On the 24th of November 2017, I app**** for a contract via your Musgrave Store in Durban, it was approved, unfortunately, they didn't have stock of iPhone SE 32/64GB for R129. I've been waiting for stock arrival since then, I would like to know what to do now? It's been weeks now. No one contacting me for an update. Even if you guys had to call Apple to manufactur a new phone from scratch, i'm sure they could be done by now. I'm very disappointed by your store, please make sure that I receive the device tomorrow, I have waited for too long. If it all fails i write to your CEO. Contact number ********** 690. I have escalated for several times, your store told me i cannot get the phone, I can only get in January 2018 and it will not be R129 anymore but R199.00. I'm not happy with that. Sms i received said it will be R129 on Pinacle 100. Please assist.
