CellC stole R4000 from me

I cancelled my contract in Feb and paid in the outstanding amount. Proof of payment available and was sent out.<br> But CellC *******ly debited my account for the amount of R4331.02 and the bank charged me R8 for the transaction. I specifically asked the consultant at retentions to remove my banking details from the system because the same thing happened to me with Virgin Mobile in 2014. I was assured that this was done.
