CELLC STOLE MY IDENTITY TO ACTIVATE *****ELENT CONTRACT

During a banking interaction, I got to know that CellC has blacklisted me for a +-18mnth contract that I never signed up for. It was traced back to when I was shopping around for a cellphone in December 2017, the agent picked up my pay-as-u-go numbers, obviously my profile then 'signed up' a contract in my name. No debit order was ever attempted in the absence of my banking details but the ID number is my main identifier... and CellC is turning a blind eye in clearing my name. An absurd agent from their ***** department responded after 10 days asking that 'I MUST CONVERT T CASH PAYMENT' F A CONTRACT I NEVER SIGNED WIT CELLC!

A STANWIN GARDNER - SANDTONCITY STORE MANAGER WHERE THE ********** CONTRACT WAS ACTIVATED, IS NOT CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS RESOLUTION OF THE ISSUE. Matter reported on 05/06/2019, with a promised SLA of 48hrs, to date I am blacklisted by the ********* and my brand *****ed by them too - CELLC, u definately have ***** power in your hands.

Who will have t b held accountable f the reputational risk u have exposed me to??
