CellC stole my data

Hi I bought a 2GB data package about a week ago. I had previously bought and used two 30GB packages with noproblems. My 2GB mysteriously ran out two about days after I had bought it. I had hardly used my phone or pC except for a little Instgram, some whatsapp, email and a few web searches. All my updaters are either disabled or et to manual. Because I knew that 2GB is quite little I limited myself to much less than with the two other bundles. I made a few downloads after midnight, but that would/should use the 1GB of night data that I had. I filed a support ticket but CellC did not bother to reply. I suspect them of ********** behaviour.
