Cellc stole from me and refuse to assist me

<p>I bought my bb10 for R99 at the beginning of March and received 2G data which I do every month , which I use for fb etc 3 days after I put my bbm10 I tried using the net and all my data just disappeared and normally it would last me the whole month , When I called Cellc they informed me that at 1 am in the morning my phone used up 1.5 G data and at that time I'm asleep so I failed to understand how data just disappears while I'm asleep and I called Cellc 4 times and spoke to a supervisor they informed 4 different stories . I really don't understand why Cellc is doing this please help me deal with them as I have tried to get help from them but got no help at all just very bad customer services.</p>
