CellC *****s my money

<p>I acquired a Cellc data contract around 4 months ago which provides 20GB of data. I had an experience where Cell C charged me more then my R299 subscription, when I enquired in store, I was informed that I used more than my limit therefore I was charged more. I then immediately IN STORE told them to block my limit to an additional R50 per month. I was then advised this was done and my bill would not be more than that. This month end Cell C charged me an additional R500 for the month for data on that contract and then an additional R200 on my other contract.</p> <p>When I went in store (East Rand Mall), I had the most pathetic service whereby I was informed that my limit was changed to R850 instead of R50. BY WHO? They wont even convert my other contract to Top Up.</p> <p>I wish I never changed to Cell C. I dont have any problems with my other contracts at Vodacom</p>
